To strengthen our forward-looking team, we are looking for a Recruiter (m/f/d) for a permanent position, starting as soon as possible.

Your Tasks:

• Manage the entire national and international recruitment process for our Lebendig Lernen school
• Support applicants and maintain the applicant management system
• Recruit staff and executives using national and international job platforms
• Advise and accompany management in discussions
• Serve as the point of contact for candidates during the application process
• Assist with the procurement of relevant documents such as visas, work permits, and infection protection certificates
• Conceptualize and participate in the implementation of HR marketing measures

Your Profil:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications
• Experience in national and international recruiting
• Familiarity with evaluating international qualifications in the education sector
• Experience in the education sector is desirable
• Very good English and German language skills (min. B2)
• Interest in contributing to the development of the recruiting process
• Professional appearance and a careful, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• Team spirit, technical affinity, initiative, and strong service orientation combined with organizational skills
