About the HR Department:   

The HR Team at Creative Education Trust provides professional, pragmatic and solutions-focused support to our schools on all people-related matters. It is responsible for the delivery of our People Strategy, which helps to make each of our academies a great place to work and Creative Education Trust an employer of choice for teaching and non-teaching professionals. Our experienced team help Principals and Head Teachers create the right environment to attract, engage and retain a high-performing workforce in order to deliver an excellent education to our students. The work of the HR team covers the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to employee relations, pay and recognition, diversity and equality of opportunity, and well-being.

About You:

As a Regional HR Business Partner at Creative Education Trust, you will bring your expertise in people management to support school leaders, fostering a well-organised environment that enhances educational outcomes for students. Our ideal candidate would:

·      Be highly resilient, determined, resourceful and highly professional.

·      Be driven to improve performance and deliver outstanding results.  

·      Be able to inspire confidence among school principals and colleagues.

Requirements:

To apply for the Regional HR Business Partner opportunity, you must hold:

·      Professional Qualification - Fully CIPD qualified or working towards qualification or equivalent HR experience.

·      Experience of providing complex employee relations / generalist HR advice and guidance to Senior Leaders.

·      Experience of developing positive and effective working relationships with Trade Unions.
