Qualified Range (NJC 13-14 inc NVQ allowance) £28,062 - £28,523

Unqualified range (NJC 9-12 exc NVQ allowance) £25,808 - £27,110

Full Time – 42 hours – Permanent, (Fixed Term Contracts available)

Moor House School & College is an outstanding residential and day school for children and young people with significant speech, language and communication needs. Situated close to a mainline station with direct links to London, the school is located in a beautiful rural setting on the Kent and Surrey borders. Moor House provides a differentiated mainstream curriculum to students aged from 7 to 19.

Responsible for providing the highest levels of care and support for our students as outlined in their Education and Healthcare Plans. You will be an appointed key-worker providing a safe and secure environment for all the students in our care, both individually and as part of a team with the overall objective of supporting students to achieve and maximise their potential.

If you are child centred, qualified and suitably experienced with a friendly and flexible approach and a commitment to develop your skills in a supportive environment then we would welcome your interest in these roles.

A relevant NVQ level 3 qualification is required - plus a commitment to undertake role specific training as required.
