You will provide admin support for the safeguarding team through managing CPOMs and being responsible for maintaining safeguarding records, case studies, and tracking themes. You will provide timely reports, and where applicable provide relevant support and advice in order to safeguard students. You will be required to liaise with external agencies, as and when appropriate. You will need to maintain constructive relationships with parents/carers when exchanging information, facilitating their support for their child’s wellbeing and supporting home to school links. You will also liaise with primary, secondary and colleges to ensure that all safeguarding information has been securely transferred, both for incoming and outgoing students.

As a key member of the school's pastoral team you will work alongside an experienced safeguarding team and report to the Assistant Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding Leader.
