School Receptionist and Administrator (job share would be considered)

We are looking for a friendly and efficient School Receptionist and Administrator with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will be positive and calm with a high level of common sense and initiative. The School Receptionist and Administrator is the welcoming face of the school for all visitors as well as a helpful voice at the end of the phone. We are looking for a confident IT user and a true team player to be part of our busy Front Office and to provide administrative support to our dynamic school.
