We are looking to appoint a Science Technician to join our team as soon as possible. The successful applicant will support the Science department by assisting with practical experiments, and ensuring laboratories are kept safe under the direction of the Head of Science.

The role of a technician is to work with teachers as part of a professional team to provide support to the staff and students, to ensure the smooth operation of the department.


Some key responsibilities are:

  • Set up resources and equipment ready for lessons;
  • Order and maintain supplies of materials and equipment;
  • Clean and undertake maintenance of equipment.
  • Ensure safe treatment and disposal of used materials
