19.5 to 26 hours per week, term time plus 5 INSET Days

Working pattern to be discussed at interview. These hours do need to be around the schools’ working hours for pupils. Working pattern can be split between 3 to 4 days per week.

Due to an expansion of the team, we are looking for a Science Technician at The Highfield School. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, well-motivated and will work well as part of a team to ensure apparatus and chemicals are available and prepared in advance to support the science teachers. You will also provide administrative support to the teaching staff in connection with all practical aspects of the subject. A background in science would be advantageous.
