Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join our vibrant teaching team at a leading British school in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Science and a commitment to fostering a stimulating and engaging learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons in accordance with the British curriculum.
- Develop engaging and effective learning resources that cater to diverse student needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support their learning.
- Foster a love of Science through innovative teaching methods and hands-on experiments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Science curriculum and participate in cross-curricular projects.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience since becoming a qualified teacher, with a focus on Science.
- Strong knowledge of the British Science curriculum and best practices in teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
