SEN CURRICULUM COORDINATOR
Join our dedicated teaching team to provide an outstanding educational program and learning environment that guides and encourages special needs students to develop and reach their full potential. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the curriculum, coordinating training, managing materials and data analysis.
Job requirements:
· Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of the curriculum in order to deliver an outstanding student experience at the Center
· Responsible for the implementation of learning strategies, coaching and mentoring of staff and the identification of development opportunities.
· Act as an advisor, coach and trainer to teaching staff regarding curriculum issues
· Continuous evaluation of the appropriateness and quality of the curriculum development program
· Assessment of the student’s skills and abilities
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters in Special Education/Education/Psychology (distance or open university degrees are not accepted)
- Other educational related qualifications and/or training
- Minimum of 5+ years classroom teaching experience, preferably with special needs children and young adults
- Leadership experience
- Excellent spoken & written English essential (Arabic a plus)
- Passionate and caring individuals with a proactive attitude
- An excellent team player
