SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking to recruit a full time Learning Support Assistant that is motivated to work on a 1:1 basis, predominantly supporting a child in year 2, but a willingness to work across all primary ages with complex needs, such ASD and / or physical disabilities. 

What we are looking for 

The successful candidate will play an integral role in the behaviour, communication, social and emotional development of the children and actively assist our teachers with supporting the children within and outside the classroom. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about pupil welfare and has the ability to make a difference to the learning journey of a child.

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. The Details 

Start Date: ASAP 

Pay Scale: FTE £21,544, £15,500 pro rata 

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract until 31/08/2025. 08:40 – 15:15 (30hrs, 25mins per week) Monday – Friday Term time inc. INSET (38.6wks/yr)
