Job overview

We are aiming to recruit a leader for SEND to oversee development and improvement in provision across all schools within the Trust (EYFS and Primary specialist). You will contribute significantly to a newly established group of primary schools focusing on agreed priorities and to be accountable for key identified outcomes. You will be passionate about the inclusion of pupils with SEND.

You will be responsible for establishing and leading the support, advice and guidance that enables our school leaders to succeed and improve so that we can deliver the highest quality support for all our children particularly those with special educational needs or disabilities. Our schools will become centres of excellence.

You will initially work closely with four schools to establish the SEND Network and services they need to deliver sustainable improvement as the Trust grows over coming years.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for someone to play a pivotal role in development of the Trust at a time of significant growth.
