Senior Teacher

Salary range: between 35000 and 46000

Start date: Easter / September

Redbourn Park is a school for children with a primary need of autism, but also have other complex needs. Most notable, this includes anxiety, and demand avoidance but every child is very different and has had a complex and challenge school experience, requiring a huge amount of support, care and when ready, expert teaching. We opened in 2021 and opened our second site this year. We have a third site planned which will take our age range from 7-14 to 7-16, bringing in exams and qualifications. Our capacity is currently 24 and a third site will take this to around 40. This creates opportunities for experienced staff to join our expanding team. We have an excellent team, with a widely varied amount fo experience. What really stands out and makes a role at redbourn park work is being a really good person and having a huge amount of empathy and care for those you work with. This role is ideally for an experience teacher look to take a step up in their career. It is for our KS3 site, who are behind age expected progress and taught in a primary, nuture group style.
