LAMDA examinations offer a hugely popular optional qualification at Gad's Hill School and numbers opting to complete courses in Musical Theatre, Acting and Devised Drama continue to grow.

We are seeking a short-term, peripatetic LAMDA coach to cover a temporary absence on the following dates (9am - 4pm):

  • Wednesday 6th November
  • Friday 8th November
  • Wednesday 15th November
  • Friday 18th November
  • Wednesday 22nd November
  • Friday 25th November


The suitable candidate will have a strong knowledge of Drama and Theatre and will be able to engage students to effectively build their skill set and confidence in performing.  

Experience in teaching LAMDA grades 2- 8 in Musical Theatre, Acting and Devised Drama is essential as are excellent organisation skills.  

You must have an enhanced DBS on the update service to facilitate a quick start.

You will report directly to and work with the Head of Drama, who is responsible for the administration of the exams.  

The post will be paid at £34 per hour of teaching time.
