We are looking to appoint an innovative and dynamic teacher to take a lead role in the organisation of the Mathematics Department with a proven ability to confidently deliver Mathematics to the highest level.  The TLR is for the strategic lead of assessment to raise standards within the Mathematics Department.

The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Mathematics CoLA leader and other responsibility holders within the department. Strong knowledge of curriculum design and teaching & learning pedagogy will be important along with sound subject knowledge.

The person Redhill is looking for will:

· The ability to teach Mathematics at KS3 and KS4

· Have strong knowledge of curriculum design and teaching & learning pedagogy

· Be innovative, research driven and committed
