Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Student Admissions Representative to join our Admissions team. The Admissions Representative will play a key role in attracting and enrolling new students by effectively promoting the school's programs and values. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, with prior sales experience and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment: Actively promote the school's programs and offerings to prospective students and families through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings. Build and maintain relationships with potential students, parents, and educational consultants to drive enrolment.

Admissions Process: Guide prospective families through the admissions process, providing information about the school's curriculum, facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission requirements. Assist families with completing application forms, scheduling assessments, and arranging campus tours and interviews.

Sales and Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into applications and enrolments. Follow up with prospective families at each stage of the admissions process to address questions, overcome objections, and facilitate a smooth enrolment experience.

Events and Outreach: Represent the school at recruitment events, fairs, and exhibitions to promote the school and attract prospective students. Organize and participate in school tours, open houses, and information sessions to showcase the school's facilities and programs to interested families.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including current parents, alumni, educational partners, and community organizations. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support recruitment efforts.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students, inquiries, applications, and enrolment status using the school's CRM system. Generate reports and analyse data to track recruitment metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of admissions strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the education sector or related field.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences, including students, parents, and educational consultants.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive enrolment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Knowledge of the British education system and admissions processes is preferred but not required.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
