About You:
As a Teacher at Wroughton Academies you will be responsible for achieving the best possible standards in work and conduct for all pupils in the class and to promote and safeguard the welfare of all pupils within the school. You will:
- Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge.
- Plan and teach well-structure lessons.
- Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils.
- Make accurate and productive use of assessment.
- Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
To apply for the role of Teacher, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status.
- Be qualified to a degree level.
- Have experience of teaching across the full age and ability range from EYFS to KS2.
- Good awareness of phonics (eg Read, Write, Inc).
