Job overview

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Humanities Teacher to join our dedicated team. As a Humanities Teacher, you will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 to develop a love for History, Geography, and other Humanities subjects. We are looking for a candidate who can create engaging, thought-provoking lessons that encourage critical thinking, inquiry, and a deep understanding of human society and culture.

The Appleton School is an over-subscribed school that has been judged as Good by OFSTED. With the addition of our Sixth Form in September 2015, the school has grown to approximately 1500 students overall.

We offer an excellent induction programme within a friendly and supportive environment and are committed to high quality professional development and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
