The Trust wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated teacher who will join a dynamic and committed department to teach music across Key Stages 3 and 4 at Wembley High Technology College and/or North Brent School. We are looking for a teacher who can make a significant contribution to this strong and successful department. All pupils study music during Key Stage 3 and GCSE is offered at Key Stage 4. In summer 2024, 100% of students achieved a grade 9-5 in GCSE Music. The successful applicant will be creative, well organised and will actively assist in the further development of music within the Trust, contributing to the vibrant programme of extra-curricular support provided to all pupils.
We welcome applications from ECTs as well as those who wish to train to teach. Trainee teachers at WMAT schools receive a comprehensive, structured training programme, delivered by highly trained mentors and bespoke to the individual trainee's needs.
