Wardle Academy seeks to appoint a suitably qualified, dynamic and inspirational Teacher of Science to join our team.
Wardle Academy is part of the Watergrove Trust. The Trust is situated in the West Pennine area, where community and faith schools work in partnership to serve our diverse local area. We share the same drive and determination to promote the best possible academic standards, whilst developing young people of unique character, preparing them for their lives ahead.
Wardle Academy is located in a semi-rural setting serving the local community. The Academy is easily accessible, within close proximity to the M62 motorway and Smithy Bridge train station.
We require individuals with the potential to be exceptional. You will maximise the potential of our students by raising their aspirations as well as their attainment.
The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver a curriculum experience. You will have high expectations of students.
This post would be suitable for both experienced and newly qualified teachers.
Wardle Academy was inspected by Ofsted in October 2022 and judged to be good in all aspects. We are determined to carry on improving. An essential part of this is the training and development of staff; we encourage our colleagues to seek courses and opportunities which will help them advance the Academy whilst also providing them with enhanced skills, knowledge and career prospects.
