Endeavour Federation are seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher of Science to join our dedicated team at Castlefield Campus. This role would involve being responsible for Key Stage 3 science.

  • A detailed knowledge of the curriculum and its means of delivery.
  • Experience of teaching Science to Key Stage 3 pupils.
  • Excellent understanding of assessment in Science, using this to improve outcomes for all learners.
  • Experience of planning high interest activities to make Science come alive to this SEMH cohort.

You will fully participate in the life of the school, assisting with extra-curricular activities and will take a lead responsibility for a subject area or cross curricular responsibility across the school. We want someone who is able to see the possibilities of all our exceptional learners and to develop a provision to allow them to thrive.

Castlefield Campus is a Special School for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. We have recently expanded our provision and now have a brand-new building which has been designed to deliver our therapeutic vision.
