Due to our Outstanding schools expanding further, we are looking for Teaching and Learning Assistants (or graduates wishing to pursue a career in teaching), to work alongside the classroom teachers in delivering the best possible outcomes for our children and community.

Ideal applicants will have Teaching Assistant experience/qualifications (or a degree if they aspire to train to be a teacher in the future) and a strong desire to work positively with children and collaboratively with colleagues. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking, creative practitioners who are able to motivate pupils. Successful candidates will also be confident when working in a team to support children with additional needs, so experience in SEN would be welcome.

To be paid at a Grade C, applicants must have Grade C/4 or equivalent in GCSE English and Maths, however we welcome applications from candidates who wish to work towards these qualifications but be paid at a Grade B. You will need a good level of spoken English, be a good team player and be able to develop positive behaviour strategies with children. As high performing and ambitious schools, we can provide you with excellent opportunities to develop your career and future aspirations.

The Inspire Multi Academy Trust (Southwest) is committed to safeguarding children in its care; any successful appointment is subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
