Teaching Assistant - KS2

We are looking for an outstanding Teaching Assistant who will be responsible for supporting a specific year group in our Middle Prep (Year 3 to 5). We are looking for candidates to work 23.75 hours per week, working 08:15 to 13:00 each day, term time only. We are looking for candidates who can strike the right balance of supporting each pupil, either on a one-to-one basis, small groups or alongside the class teacher along with having a strong emphasis on pastoral care. Although some aspects of this role will be to help children with identified needs, we envisage this role to be so much more, supporting all children and abilities.
