Chigwell School seeks to appoint a caring and enthusiastic teaching assistant. The role will involve working alongside teaching staff to support learning activities at our Prep School. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful school and develop your career with an outstanding team of staff. Successful applicants must have the relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and experience, need to be able to work closely as part of a team, be flexible and have excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills. This position is full time during term time.

Chigwell School is an independent, mixed, Church of England all-through day and boarding school for four to 19-year-olds, located in Chigwell, Essex. The school has just over 1060 pupils.
The school can trace its history back to 1629, when it was founded originally as a boys’ school. It is run as an educational charity, overseen by a board of governors who are also trustees of that charity.
