Join us as our Primary Trust Leader for Maths!

This isn’t just a role - it’s a unique opportunity to shape the Mathematics provision across our growing family of schools. As our Primary Trust Leader for Maths, you’ll be based at Bluecoat Primary Academy three days a week, teaching and leading Maths in a dynamic setting. For the remaining two days, you’ll work across our three primary schools, sharing your expertise, raising standards, and driving innovative practices that benefit all our learners.

  • Is comfortable leading professional learning, implementing curriculum changes, and coaching staff to achieve excellence.

Be a champion for Maths education across the Trust!

As a Primary Trust Leader for Maths, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming our approach to teaching Maths across the Trust. You’ll:

  • Lead school-to-school support services, driving improvement through coaching, mentoring, and shared learning.
  • Be the go-to expert for curriculum design, assessment, and implementation.
  • Work with the Trust leadership team to strategically influence the development of Maths teaching and contribute to our wider system leadership goals.

Working closely with local Maths Hubs and the NCETM, you’ll ensure our schools stay at the cutting edge of Maths mastery. If you have experience as a Primary Mastery Specialist or in collaborating with Maths Hubs, that’s a plus! You’ll have the opportunity to shape and steer our approach, ensuring that every child in our Trust receives a rich, engaging Maths education.
