As a non-class-based Vice Principal, your responsibility will be to set the strategic academic direction for the academy, with a focus on Inclusion and SEND. Please contact the academy office on enquiries@richmondprimary.co.uk to reserve a space on these tours, or to arrange an alternative time to visit.
About the role

This new, non-class-based, role will place priority on our commitment to all of our students achieving their full potential.
Your responsibility will be, through your role as Vice Principal and SENDCo, to set the strategic academic direction for vulnerable children within the academy, in conjunction with the Principal. You will ensure excellent, innovative standards of teaching and learning are achieved across the academy. The role requires the unique ability to balance the specific needs of the individual student with the broad needs of the whole academy: to command the respect of staff, pupils, parents/carers and Governors.

Lincolnshire is a very rural county and is located in the East Midlands within the United Kingdom approximately 150 miles from London.
Skegness is close to the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – the local natural coastline – with many market towns within easy reach.
