According to the new national curriculum, the Geography of both North and South America needs to be taught. I was given North America and could find nothing on it. I have planned this myself and included all the resources. This planning can be altered as you wish. I will be teaching it to upper key stage 2. The only resource not included is a hand drawn map for lesson 3.

Planned for a Year 5 class, but easily adapted. Includes an opportunity for an assessed piece of writing, whole class guided reading and spelling ideas. All resources are included.

3 weeks of planning based on the book Traction Man, by Mini Grey. Included are opportunities for extended writing. Any resources for whole class reading cannot be uploaded due to licensing, however these were from classroom secrets if you wish to buy them. I also used the app, Chatterpix, to make Traction Man’s mouth move.

Three weeks of Macbeth planning and resources as part of the UKS2 Older Literature Unit. This is the third time I have delivered this planning - the children absolutely adore it. Writers workshop (week 3) is something I do 1-1 with each child to talk through their writing. OFSTED observed it and said it was fantastic, and gave my lesson 'outstanding'.

Basic 'skeleton' playscripts planning using the story of the Golden Goose- the pelican book by James Mason. This planning is basic and can be adapted to suit most year groups - I used it for a Year 4 class. The aim is to adapt it for your needs. The children really enjoyed it and it gave lots of opportunity for drama which they love!

3 weeks of English planning for a KS2 Class Theme is space, but you can tweak to your own needs, Includes 3 weeks of plans and all resources. Also includes a 'Writers Workshop' session in the last week which is something I developed and OFSTED graded as outstanding (March 2016). It iis an opportunity to talk 1-1 with each child about their writing, whilst the rest of the class take part in purposeful activities.
