There is an initial section modelling how to say years in French which moves on to using the verb naitre in the past tense.
There is some speaking and writing and translation also.
Lots of support here as I find the textbook quite complicated without generous preparation.
I have added some images of some of the slides in the presentation.
A resource to support pupils with their learning of the past tense in French. I have found this really works from years 8 through to year 11 and pupils really improve their understanding.
A really useful place mat which supports pupils in using a good variety of complex structures in their written and spoken work. Each structure is modeled so students can adapt for use in the appropriate context. It can be laminated for use in the classroom and independent work. Regular use will encourage students to look for opportunities to use them and to eventually use them routinely.
