Designed for GCSE and A-level Social Sciences students but can be used with any year group (secondary level)<br /> 51 debates to choose from, with a range of current affairs, political, philosophical and ethical topics to explore - a good way to do it is to select a student using a random name generator online; invite them to pick a number from 1-51 - click on the number and it will link straight to your topic! Use the name generator again to pick team leaders (to defend/oppose the motion) and invite them to take turns to pick their team mates.<br /> Let the debates begin!</p>

International Women’s Day 2023 has as it’s theme ‘Embracing Equity’ and my assembly is all about how to create equity for women &amp; girls. I have included the following themes: sexism &amp; misogyny, discrimination, the gender pay gap, and representation of women in public life.</p>
