I have used it my KS3 students but also in Y10 at the start of the year and with Foundation students during booster sessions.</p>
<p>This is a resources that covers the start of Module 2 in Dynamo 3 on pp. 32-33. It is a double lesson, 2 hours worth. It includes starters, objectives and plenaries. In the first lesson, you’ll find a language presentation with emphasis on useful verbs, an explanation of modal verbs with ‘pouvoir/devoir’, mini whiteboards practice, then further practice with dedicated grammar exercises and diagram on complex opinions. <p>This is a ppt that covers unit 1 pp 10-11 for a total of 2 lessons of one hour. It covers frequency adverbs and time phrases, transcript work from the listening, questioning practise, introduction of the role-play as per GCSE model, linking knowledge starter in the second lesson, mind-mapping on forming negative sentences, reading strategies overview, etc.</p>
<p>This is a resource that covers the first few pages of the brand new Pearson textbook for French: Dynamo 3. It covers a little over 3 lessons starting with a quiz to get to know the textbook, followed by a revision of the present tense of -er verbs and covering ‘Point de depart’ on pp 8-9. All four skills are covered, all activities with extended work for higher achievers, matching ups, sentence builders, a great focus on listening with use of transcript, questioning, photo description task, a few games, etc.</p>

<p>This is a great ppt to introduce the photocard description. You will find 2 chatty mats to decsribe a picture in details. It covers all four skills, including a listening activity embedded in the ppt. This resource has worked really well with my German classes to introduce the photocard in KS3 but also at the start of Y10 and to revise during booster sessions - especially with Foundation students. It covers a whole lesson or can be used at 5 tasks spread over a sequence of lessons.</p>
