<p>EYFS topic themed medium term plan adult focus activities</p> <p>EYFS Thematic Plan to send to parents covering the kind of activities that will be carried out over the half term.</p>

<p>The planning and resources are aimed at a reception class but could be used in KS1 and adapted appropriately.<br /> The plan included ideas for marking the activity, differentiation and ways to support early writing.<br /> I planned this for a lesson observation that went really well (head and deputy both said it was working towards outstanding in the lesson).</p> <p>In the plan there are 5 different literacy themed focus activities and an independent activity, including a rage of writing template opportunities. The activities are all based around the dinosaur eggs appearing in school with some links to Harry and the Bucketful of Dinosaurs texts.</p> <p>The handwriting line guides are from the Martin Harvey scheme but can quickly be adapted and edited out.</p>
