<p>The first work sheet is for carrying out simple division by repeatedly fitting a number of cubes into the larger number. The second, is of further divisions without the visual aids, which can be used in conjunction with counters or an abacus. This is revision at a very basic stage, designed to teach the idea of “fitting in” or “taking out” a quantity from a larger quantity.</p> <p>The two work sheets can be modified by you on a graphics app. like PAINT. Grab the image by snipping, paste into PAINT, and adapt to your needs.</p> <p>I do not charge for material that I make available because I wish freely to enrich and facilitate the teaching of other teachers, and to give something back for all the resources that I have had from others. <p>Keys to identify members of the weasel family and also finches found in the UK.</p> <p>Please give a review if you find the materials useful – you can do so by clicking on your “saved resources”.</p> <p>A sheet of lettered weasel family members and a sheet of finch family members are included for identification using the flow diagram dichotomous keys, which are also supplied. An answer sheet is also included. (All photographs have permissions to be used, under licences that require links and acknowledgements to the sources)</p> <p>The keys are suitable for practising use of biological keys by students from key stages 2, 3 and 4 (GSCE).</p>
