Play Your Part - Tackling Misogyny and Sexism
<p>Using the power and reputation of both women’s football and the anti-discrimination work of Kick It Out, this resource introduces the issues of <strong>sexism and misogyny</strong> by looking at changing attitudes towards women’s football. The aim of Play Your Part is to encourage students to both <strong>recognise and challenge negative stereotypes and discrimination safely.</strong></p>
<p>Play Your Part is suitable for <strong>PSHE, English, Art,</strong> and <strong>Drama</strong> students aged <strong>11-16</strong>. It contains a series of flexible, cross-curricular activities which can be used alone or in sequence to embed learning across the timetable.</p>
