<p>Quick 20 minute lesson with a short story prompt on identifying and reflecting on the trait of honesty. Can work with any age group and for an assembly.<br /> Short moral tale followed by questions and a reflection prompt to make links to real life situations to help pupils see the importance of honesty.</p> <p>Please leave feedback as I am researching the development of character and self-esteem in young learners and will edit if needed.</p>

<p>Planned from the Literary Curriculum Robot Girl planning scheme-please only use in conjunction with this scheme if your school has it. It includes one of the spelling lessons. I have attached the PP as a PDF too as it warps and the font changes on downloading depending on the fonts installed on your computer. The activities are only planned for around 10 lessons as after this it is easy to adapt to no activity sheets and work straight in books.</p>

<p>Created after a lesson on naming parts of plants to supplement dissecting plants to ensure children had language to talk about the different parts of the plant.</p>

I made this up after working on similar resources to find information from data. There is a much simpler version at the bottom for children with AEN. Most children were able to work on one step problems when interpreting data. Once this is completed I will give them one and two step problems. More able will be able to write their own.
