Due to the very few resources students have access for getting better at the MLAT exam I have created a French practice paper with corrections. The Modern Languages Admissions Tests (MLAT) is compulsory to any student applying for Oxford and Cambridge Modern Languages Departments. My mock exam follows both the format and the grammatical structures of the original paper which includes: - an exercise about prepositions - an exercise about tenses (subjunctive, present, past, future, conditional, etc.) - two exercises about translations (both languages).

At the beginning of every year, I give my GCSE and A-Level students this booklet I made which includes: A display on gender endings A Dr & Mrs VanderTramp display for when they use the passé composé A 3-page document on connectives to improve their writing and speaking skills. A sheet on the order of pronouns (direct, indirect, reflexive, y, en) A thorough guide on all tenses The students find it very useful as they keep it throughout the course and refer to it when needed.
