<p><strong>Proposal:</strong> Create a visually appealing and functional pop-up structure using re-purposed shipping containers for the hospitality food and beverage industry. The structure should provide a flexible and engaging space that caters for various events and locations.</p>

<p>Outdoor social areas and shelters are becoming more popular with examples being used in hospitality venues, public spaces, and also in residential settings. Using folding architecture, geometric forms and the work of Matt Shlian as inspiration develop a design for a covered shelter to be used for outdoor socialising.</p>
<p>Series of powerpoints which help students focus their observational and recording skills. Students have 10 seconds to view and observe an image from any given designer, architect sculptor or artist. Once the 10 seconds is up students then record what they have seen from memory. Round two allows 20 seconds, round three 30 seconds. Students can record in any media even verbally or annotation.</p>
<p>This is an introductory project for A Level 3D Design students. It includes project template, example work, SoW, assessment sheets, target setting booklet and a Silent debate resource. It introduces some basic processes and design techniques from printing, image transfer, tape transfer, photoshop, illustrator, fret saw, belt sander.</p>

<p>Print and laminate class sets of the images. Students given time to make a recording in their sketchbooks on the given photo. You can lead students to record in pen, pencil, shading, collage, don’t lift the pen off the paper, record part of the image, the whole image.</p>
