I used the checklist templates to make any notes whilst conducting the 1:1 RBA. I did find them a useful resource post assessment to set targets for individuals. For some I would tick and for others I would make a note of numbers recognised for example.

This includes a planning template with one example area filled in. A template of the children’s challenge card that they use to track their completed challenges across the week. There is also a scaffolding up template using the image from Julian Grenier to aid support staff in knowing the level of scaffolding required for any learners who may require scaffolding to access the challenges.

An observation sheet that combines all areas of learning with the characteristics of effective learning along with space for children to add their own comments too!

Interactive resources for handwriting practice including video clips for each letter…well worth the wait for the download and file slightly bigger than normal!

A great interactive resource which with a click of the images links you to the matching video on the BBC. Use along with the writing book for a great guided writing session!!
A great resource that allows the children to order the numberjacks and then find the missing numberjacks.
Great for ordering and recognising numerals.
Can be used by teacher for introduction or as a child initiated activity.
