Here are my top 10 “Food Artists” which have inspired students across all age groups when developing and creating their own work based on their food projects. This powerpoint includes the names of the artists, images of their work as a reference and examples of sketchbook pages created by students.
The artists are all very different: Realism, illustration, surrealism, expressionism and sculpture. There are also slides at the end explaining what a confidence artist sketchbook page looks like and resources for you to share with students to help them write about their artists.
