This resource is designed for pupils aiming for developing and secure outcomes. All pupils should be able to state some features of waves; most pupils should also be able to describe the different types of waves and their features; whilst some pupils should, in addition, be able to describe what happens when waves superpose. Supporting information can be found on pages 124 and 125 of the blue Activate 1 KS3 Science Textbook.
