This is a lesson based on an extract from Alice in Wonderland. The text is read and students play an adapted version of Snakes and Ladders to check their knowledge. The text is then examined in more detail and then are asked to identify Alice’s key character traits. There is then a story writing activity. This transition lesson work well with our Year groups.
