This SOL should last approximately seven weeks, and is designed to introduce students to the GCSE text 'An Inspector Calls' by J.B Priestley. Each lesson comes with a PowerPoint slideshow and any required resources. It is designed to be supported by the 2015 BBC adaptation of the play.
It is comprised of seven mini units (see image) that are somewhat interchangeable and can also be used as standalone mini-units for revision. It was originally designed to scaffold GCSE skills for a high ability Year 9 group, however has worked successfully with KS4 groups as an introduction to the text.
