This is a step-by-step worksheet for students to work through to understand the 12 mark questions on the new AQA GCSE for Religious Studies. I have made it for a lesson on abortion but can be applicable to any 12 mark question for any religion/paper (by changing the question at the top). Also has a self-assessment activity at the end. You can add and delete as much structure as you desire to differentiate the worksheet.
