AQA Science exams 2023- trilogy specification coverage 2018-2023

I have used the FT and HT markschemes for all the AQA trilogy papers produced since 2018, to record which specification points have been referenced. This has all been done manually so there may be the odd error, but I am usually quite methodical in tasks like this. I used the specification references from the mark schemes rather than judging for myself which areas of the spec were covered. I was doing this out of interest and have had fun sorting this into most/ least assessed areas etc. My intention is not to make exam predictions, just get a feel for what the papers have been covering.
