BAME/Equality & Diversity embedding for CV writing

An easy to embed BAME/E&D information and activities intended for use with teaching CV writing skills. This informaiton and activity sheet focuses primarily on aspects of BAME within gaining employment. This pack explains and provides understanding of many of the factors which affect persons of BAME when applying for jobs and attending interviews. The pack also provides insight to some of the initiatives which are challenging this and goes into detail regarding many companies who are actively promoting the employment of persons of BAME within their organisation.
This pack has been created to be presented within a UK prison setting, where employment is a key issue in rehabilitation. This can be easily adapted to suit a different audience whilst maintaining the same focus on employability, persons of BAME and equality and diversity in a manner which is relevant and personalised to each learner.
