Black Death. The Causes

Dear Colleague,

This is the first lesson of a unit of two on Black Death. It aims to have students matching knowledge about the real and perceived causes of the Black Death, and answering exam questions.

All lessons are interactively assessed and have the same structure to get the students taught in a coherent manner, help them understand where they are at, during the delivery:

LO 1:To understand the symptoms of the Black Death.
LO 2: To match causes and prevention of the Black Death in 1348.
LO3: To explain how people thought the Black Death was spreading.

All tasks are assessed.
A very straight forward lesson structure.
The resources are at the end of the Power Point.
