Bonne année! Dynamo 2 Module 2.5

A set of two lessons following Dynamo 2 Rouge Module 2.5 ‘Bonne année!’ In these lessons students revise how to form present and near future tenses along with useful time phrases through discussing new year celebrations and resolutions. A range of skills are practiced throughout the lessons and activities include a game to practice forming verbs in two tenses, a differentiated translation activity (French in to English) and a short video to encourage students to think about new year traditions around the world. Challenge tasks and ideas to support students have also been added to accompany tasks from the book. Lessons conclude with a GCSE style photo card task and an extended writing - both with student friendly mark schemes/success criteria to facilitate either peer or self assessment.
