This is a reading comprehension homework task with a marking key. It is composed of two parts:
- the extract from the novel (six hundred words)
- ten questions worth forty marks
A correction sample will be added.
This is suitable for homework or for individual reading work in class. It can also be used as an exam paper. A writing task could easily be added too (I can provide, please ask). It is for upper secondary students.
