I have created a SoW for the new BTEC Level 1/2 Performing Arts: Dance qualification. It notes the intent, implementation and impact of the SoW and is written in the head, hands, heart format. This breakdown is increasing in popularity with concept PE / Dance curriculums and physical literacy.
The SoW is broken down into individual lesson overviews. Please note, to avoid confusion, the lesson plans are not comprehensive lesson plans, they are lesson overviews, which highlight the main content to be covered. These can be adapted and edited as you wish. I have attached a working document as well as PDF format.
The SoW is supported by a student work booklet (also available for sale), comprising of worksheets, tips and a glossary of terms. Attached free with this SoW are 2 flash card resources which correlate with lessons 6 and 7. These are printable and again, editable.
The SoW covers all learning aims of the topic, A1, A2, B1, B2. Note - the scheme is based on my interpretation of the unit and should not be considered recognised by the exam board.
