I think there are a couple of typos on the worked examples. The threshold total for the policeman should be £37,583 & the threshold and tax figures for the 20% row should read £18,999 & £3,799.80 respectively. The basic content of the sheet is terrific though.
Great resource, very clearly set out
A good way of introducing tax to a class as part of percentages work. Worked examples are there for the pupils so gave it to the students as an extended learning group task to produce wall displays. Thanks for this.
