This is a powerpoint which explians how to do dilution calculations. It also has a practical task where student have to first make up a standard soltution of HCl by diluting from a stock. They then use this to test an unknown soltuion of sodium hydroxide using Phenolphthalein as an indicator. Technician requests are 2M HCl, 250 volumteric flask, Phenolphthalein, and 0.08M NaOH solution labelled unknown.
The poerpoint also has tips on carrying out a successful titration.
