Assign each ‘house’ to a movement
The pack of cards go in a pile in the center of the room, in groups students run into the middle and take a card back to their team and complete the movement. E.g Hearts = Squats, students pick up the 6 of hearts, they complete 6 squats with their team.
Joker can equal a movement that is harder I.e 1 lap of the room
Team with the most cards when the pack runs out wins
